COVID-19 – Book safely in the knowledge, we guarantee a 100% refund of your deposit and balance if paid, should your holiday be cancelled due to continuing problems with COVID-19.
This agreement is for the winter season 2021 and will be reviewed going forward should the pandemic continue, but holidays booked for 2022 will not have the same guarantee unless agreed by email in advance. You should ensure you have adequate insurance to cover any cancellations or disruptions.

You can reserve your accommodation with Alpine Breaks with no obligation here on our website.
Just use the Availability Search engine to find your ideal accommodation and get an initial quotation.
Then you can reserve immediately, with no obligation whatsoever. We’ll hold the booking for you for 24 hours, during which time we will be in touch to tailor your holiday to your exact requirements, confirm your group details and – if you then wish to book – take a deposit of £100 per person or the full payment if your holiday is within then next 10 weeks. We can take payment via online UK Internet Bank transfer or via Paypal. If you prefer to use Paypal, please note that there are 3.5% fees to also pay which will be added to your invoice.
On receipt of your deposit or full payment, we will email you a Booking Confirmation, with a full breakdown of your holiday details and costs. If you have paid a deposit, the balance will be due 10 weeks prior to your arrival.
Please note that a Tourist Tax is charged in resort. This is €1.50 per adult. Children are free from this tax.
Transfers to/from Geneva airport are €25pp each way additional cost. Whilst we aim to be at the airport to pick you up immediately upon your arrival, there are circumstances where you will have to wait for a short time. Thank you for your understanding and patience. We recommend that all flights arrive before 3pm or a subsequent charge maybe applicable but also this allows you to relax into your holiday in resort in plenty of time. Any flights arriving after 6pm will mean that you do not arrive at the chalet in time for dinner and therefore will mean you have to eat before you arrive or eat out in the village.
