Booking Information

What do we need to know about you to make your stay hassle free and enjoyable?
Please email us at holidays@alpinebreaks.com or call on 0033 450 736871 to request a Booking Sheet, which will be forwarded to you immediately.  This will provide us with all the information we need to arrange your holiday leaving you with only the packing to do!
To secure your booking we require £100 sterling or 140 euros per person deposit, you will receive a Deposit Receipt with a full breakdown of your holiday costs, the balance being due 10 weeks prior to your arrival.
Discount is available to Groups and Children on request. Additional people over 8, to either chalets will be subject to additional costs

Ski Hire and Lift Passes

We offer a bespoke service for both lift passes and arranging ski hire so you do not have to worry about any of this. Please enquire for full details of Ski Hire and Lift pass options – We arrange for all ski passes to be waiting at the chalet for you once you have told us your requirements. We save the cost and worry of P&P as well as the cost of the magnetic card which is an additional cost. We use a ski shop which is central in the village and offers the best equipment at some of the best prices including 10% discount which you will receive as our clients. Please do not be fooled by online offers as your ski shop will generally be miles away from the village and we cannot guarentee the equipment or service. If you choose to book anywhere other than our recommendation, then our service to take you to the shop and bring back your equipment will not apply.

Child Care

Please enquire for full details of all our Child Care options – we appreciate that in order for parents to be able to relax and enjoy themselves, the children must be happy and taken care of. Therefore, we pride ourselves on the services we are able to offer to you. Whether you require ski school, Nanny Service, Creche or a combination of all we can advise & pre-book this for you.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your notification:
More than 42 days - Loss of deposit
42-29 days - 50% of the cost of the holiday
28-22 days - 70% of the cost of the holiday
21-8 days - 90% of the cost of the holiday
7 days or fewer - 100% of the cost of the holiday

Please note, it is advisable to book all necessary travel insurance before arrival, as this is not included in any of our prices.

Any goods or services supplied by ALPINE BREAKS whilst in the resort must be paid for in euros. Transfers to/from Geneva airport can be arranged for those booking self catered at an additional cost as these are not included in the self catering package. Please note, that there is a 50 euro cleaning charge payable on departure for Chalet Voirons only.
